Plumbing Business Development Representative Romexterra Restoration has been a leading restoration company in the Chicagoland area for over 20 years, known for fast response and exceptional customer service. This role focuses on expanding our plumbing referral network and cultivating partnerships that generate consistent mitigation and rebuild leads.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, engage and build strong relationships with local plumbing companies and independent plumbers.

Create consistent inbound lead flow from plumbing partners for water mitigation and restoration projects.

Maintain ongoing communication with existing plumbing partners to strengthen loyalty and ensure satisfaction.

Conduct regular field visits, presentations, and networking activities to promote Romexterra’s services.

Track and manage relationships, leads and performance metrics using CRM tools.

Coordinate closely with internal marketing, mitigation and rebuild teams to ensure smooth referral handoffs.

Key Qualifications

Minimum of 3‑5 years in business development, sales or account management within restoration, mitigation or plumbing services.

Existing relationships or book of business with local plumbers or plumbing companies is highly preferred.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; capable of building rapport quickly.

Highly motivated, independent and goal‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership.

Strong CRM discipline and time management abilities to balance field visits and administrative tasks.

Willingness to travel locally for partner visits, meetings and events.
