THIS ROLE'S MISSIONDrive profitable, data-backed growth across paid, email, and affiliate channels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPaid Media + GrowthOwn and optimize Meta, Google/YouTube, retargeting, and prospecting campaigns against revenue, traffic, and acquisition targetsBrief and partner on performance-focused creative (plus light ad-hoc editing/creation)Build and manage a testing roadmap (audience, offer, creative, landing pages)Oversee and direct paid media contractors or agenciesImprove ROAS, MER, CAC, and overall revenue efficiency Email, SMS & CRMOwn email/SMS calendar, segmentation, and revenue performance (Klaviyo)Build/send campaigns and optimize flows for retention and deliverabilityReport on revenue impact and continuously test for upliftAffiliate + Creator AffiliateManage affiliate platform(s), performance, recruiting, and testingDevelop creator-affiliate layer in partnership with brand/teamAnalytics, CRO & ReportingOwn dashboards and analytics across GA4, Shopify, and paidplatformsTrack, forecast, and manage budgets across channelsTranslate insights into simple recommendations the business canact onCross-Functional Leadership & Ways of WorkingPartner closely with brand, creative, ecommerce, and wholesale for fully integrated campaignsOwn project management end-to-end for owned program assets and needsBe clear and proactive in communication, and provide actionable visibility into plans and resultsHave an entrepreneurial mindset: scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable testing into the unknownShift easily between big thinking (quarterly + annual strategy) and excellent execution (daily/weeklypivots)Adapt and reprioritize quickly as the business moves especially in seasonal and launch momentsSUCCESS WILL LOOK LIKEEfficient, scalable paid + email engine that drives profitable growthImproved attribution clarity and faster learning loopsBetter alignment between brand campaigns and revenue-driving channelsIncreased new-to-file customers and stronger repeat purchase behaviorIDEAL BACKGROUND & QUALIFICATIONS46+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or DTC digital marketing with proven experience growing revenue and audienceHands-on experience required in Meta, Google Ads, GA4, Klayvio, ShopifyStrong digital advertising analytics and KPI fluency (GA4, Looker/Data Studio, Klaviyo, Shopify)Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skillsExperience in a fast-paced, growth-minded, cross-functional environmentA love for the sport of running is a plusBENEFITS:Full-time employment at Oiselle includes:Health benefits premium 100% paid for employeePaid time offEmployee discount for personal useEquity grant dependent on role level and experienceCompensation range for this role is $75k-$85k per year recblid k85sg4bk5i9p63hpvayel7afri5rpc
