E-Commerce Manager

About the Role: The E?Commerce Manager will own Cervideas online customer experience and drive profitable growth across the DTC ecosystem. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, analytical thinking, and flawless execution optimizing site performance, managing marketing vendors, and ensuring the digital storefront delivers both revenue and brand trust. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the e?commerce strategy to meet company sales, CAC, and LTV goals. Partner closely with the performance marketing vendor to ensure campaigns match landing pages, product pages, and website. Translate marketing campaigns into on?site experiences that drive conversion and retention. Lead promotional and merchandising calendars tied to product launches and campaigns. Manage the lifecycle marketing vendor: oversee CRM, email, and SMS automation, segmentation, and creative to drive retention and LTV. Manage the paid performance agency vendor: collaborate on acquisition strategy, creative testing, and budget pacing across Meta, Google, and TikTok. Conduct bi?weekly check?ins, review KPI dashboards, and hold both vendors accountable to performance metrics. Oversee day?to?day management of the Shopify storefront including homepage updates, product launches, landing pages, PDPs and CRO testing. Ensure site speed, mobile UX, and checkout performance meet or exceed industry standards. Implement A/B tests, analyze results, and deploy winning variants to improve conversion rate and AOV. Coordinate with creative and dev teams to ensure brand consistency and technical functionality. Monitor KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, CAC, and retention. Maintain weekly performance dashboards and translate insights into actionable strategies. Partner with leadership to forecast sales and track performance to target. Leverage tools such as Shopify, GA4, Northbeam, and Looker Studio to inform decisions. Partner with the lifecycle team to ensure a seamless post?purchase and subscription experience. Identify customer journey friction points and implement improvements to boost repeat purchase rate and NPS. Collaborate with operations and CX teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and positive brand interactions.

Requirements

35+ years of experience in e?commerce or growth marketing for a DTC or health/wellness brand. Proven success managing performance agencies and lifecycle marketing vendors. Strong analytical skills with experience using Shopify, Google Analytics, and marketing attribution tools (Northbeam, Triple Whale, etc.). Working knowledge of paid social (Meta, TikTok, Google) and CRM platforms (Klaviyo, Attentive). Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to lead cross?functional initiatives.

Preferred

Experience in supplements, CPG, or regulated wellness industries. Familiarity with subscription and recurring revenue models. Understanding of FDA and FTC compliance for DTC health marketing.
