The Business Development Manager will develop relationships within target customers to penetrate organizations and open doors to new business opportunities in Texas and surrounding geographic territories. Nature Of Duties

Deploy global account strategy in conjunction with Management to achieve business aims and objectives. Aggressively pursue EMS and component opportunities to boost take-away, market share, and prime strategic positioning for future success. Meet and exceed sales revenue targets set by Management. Communicate issues and problems back into the company to drive resolution. Identify, qualify and close new business in line with quotas; engage cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. Own and manage related RFQs; ensure timely response delivery and provide feedback to Management in support of business plans. Regularly update the sales data system with customer data, new opportunity logs and call plans. Education And Experience

BA or BS required; MBA preferred. 12 years of sales experience with revenue responsibilities of $10M+ preferred. Knowledge of CM/EMS industry with background in Manufacturing and global Supply Chains. Experience in high-tech applications: communications, industrial, medical, military, alternate energy market segments. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong work ethic and integrity; proven ability to develop and win new accounts. Excellent MS Office, communication, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal and closing skills. Experience working with remote cross-functional teams in large matrix organizations. Project management skills; ability to prioritize, multi-task and organize. Overnight travel as required. EEO Statement
