Business Development Manager
Job Purpose:
The Business Development Manager will develop relationships within target customers to penetrate organizations and open doors to new business opportunities in Texas and surrounding territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement global account strategies in collaboration with management to achieve business goals. Drive EMS and component sales to increase market share and strategic positioning. Meet and exceed sales revenue targets set by management. Communicate issues and feedback to the company to facilitate resolution. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, engaging cross-functional teams as needed. Manage RFQs and ensure timely responses, providing feedback for business planning. Maintain and update sales data, opportunity logs, and call plans regularly.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. 12+ years of successful sales experience with revenue responsibilities of $10M+ preferred. Knowledge of the CM/EMS industry and manufacturing supply chains. Experience in high-tech sectors such as communications, industrial, medical, military, and renewable energy. Motivated, entrepreneurial attitude, with strong work ethics and integrity. Proven success in developing and securing new accounts. Excellent skills in MS Office, communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing. Experience working with remote, cross-functional teams in matrix organizations. Project management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask. Willingness to travel as required.
