Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution for their assigned project(s), including managing, coordinating, and supervising subcontractors, vendors, and personnel to ensure the work is completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with Willmeng’s quality standards. The Project Manager also oversees and supports the superintendent and promotes the company safety culture. Responsibilities
Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures while monitoring costs and profitability. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve technical issues and maintain project momentum. Process and manage subcontractor payments, change orders, and monthly cost reporting. Serve as primary point of contact for project owners, leading meetings and providing regular status updates. Supervise and mentor project team members, including superintendents and subcontractors. Review construction documents and specifications to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Manage project documentation, permits, inspections, and closeout activities efficiently. Qualifications
BS or MS in Construction Engineering preferred or a BS in Engineering with relevant experience. 3 - 5 years project manager experience preferred. Experience with estimating and conceptual estimating. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with potential clients. Proficient in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
