We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong community relationships, and building strategic partnerships with universities and healthcare professionals. You will focus on the Atlanta, Alpharetta, and Buford areas, working to connect with potential customers—including hospitals, healthcare systems, and surgeon practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector. Work within the Atlanta, Alpharetta and Buford area to find potential customers including hospitals, healthcare systems and surgeon practices. Develop compelling sales presentations and service demonstrations tailored to the needs of health systems, health providers and health facilities that promote the use of Allcare Immediate and Primary Care. Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and presentations for potential partners and clients. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with decision makers in each demographic. Quickly address customer concerns and challenges to ensure satisfaction, retention and growth. Build and maintain relationships with key community contacts, including healthcare providers, local organizations, and universities, to foster collaboration and growth. Track sales leads and manage the sales pipeline using software to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting. Negotiate favorable terms for both Allcare and our clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies and allow Allcare to maintain a competitive edge. Identify and secure possible acquisition targets and opportunities for joint ventures to maximize customer outreach and build patient panels. Attend networking events, conferences, and community meetings to represent the organization and promote our services. Work closely with the management team to develop acquisition strategies and identify potential targets for growth. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, present ideas, and negotiate agreements. This position requires travel within the Allcare Georgia markets. The expectation is that you will be meeting with prospects and customers three to four days a week in person. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare industry. Strong network of community contacts and established relationships within the local healthcare landscape. Foster relationships with customers and communities to enhance Allcare GA reputation and service adoption. Experience working with universities and academic institutions is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with various stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools to manage leads and analyze performance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities. Valid drivers license and favorable MVR along with proof of insurance when using own vehicle. Previous experience in business development with primary care or urgent care multi-facility locations.
