Position Overview
We are expanding and seeking a dedicated, highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our successful sales team. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and increasing customer relationships within the Atlanta, GA market.
Base Pay Range
$70,000.00/yr – $127,500.00/yr (actual pay depends on skills and experience; discuss with recruiter). Responsibilities
Meet or exceed performance expectations for quotas and GM. Develop new customer relationships through extensive prospecting and solution selling. Execute weekly face‑to‑face meetings and/or client drop‑ins with prospective hiring managers. Evaluate client needs and develop a plan of action to offer staffing solutions. Build and nurture relationships with existing customer accounts; perform weekly calls, site visits, and lunch appointments to ensure customer satisfaction. Increase sales through account planning and expansion of existing accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact to define and develop job descriptions and organizational needs. Provide detailed, accurate job descriptions to recruiters for direct‑hire, contract‑to‑hire, and contract positions. Work directly with recruiting teams to ensure candidate quality through resume review, requisition meetings, job assignment, and mentorship. Coordinate and complete all new hire offer letters and related information. Execute weekly marketing efforts utilizing territory business plan to grow new business. Create a Business Development Plan including target prospective customers, desk specialty, and marketing plans. Attend weekly events or career development community group meetings to become a market master in your vertical. Actively participate in training of new account executives by exemplifying best practices, sales process, and techniques for success. Serve as advisor to Account Executives and Recruiters, providing training, guidance, and conflict resolution when necessary. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field. 4–5 years of prior B2B or B2C client‑facing customer service or outbound sales experience. 2–3 years of prior outbound sales and prospecting, with the ability to create your own leads list using provided sales enablement tools and CRM. Proven success in account management and maintaining customer relationships. Strong public speaking and presentation skills. Previous leadership or management experience strongly desired. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). Employee Benefits
