The QRC Airborne ISR Systems Division is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is a unique opportunity to influence the success of various airborne intelligence surveillance programs deployed across diverse locations. Primary Responsibilities Support purchasing objectives by coordinating hardware and software services in compliance with DCAA, FAR, and Corporate Procurement and Property Management Policy. Work closely with Logistics Liaison officers to prioritize purchasing needs, manage approval documentation, and facilitate communication between suppliers and technical teams for PCARD transactions. Process and manage Purchase Orders beyond PCARD limits while ensuring timely completion through collaboration with corporate buyers. Facilitate goods receipt submissions and oversee vendor payments by accurately coding received equipment in the Costpoint system. Manage PCARD transaction costs bi-weekly, creating organized electronic data files for seamless research and tracking. Maintain meticulous electronic records of all transactions in a shared data environment for product support analysts and stakeholders. Oversee the approved vendor list and document procurement challenges in the procurement log for ongoing evaluation. Monitor procurement logs, providing regular updates to Logistics Liaison officers regarding transaction statuses, lead times, and order arrivals. Assign charge codes and manage non-PO submissions for shipments via preferred freight and parcel carriers. Basic Qualifications High School diploma with at least four (4) years of relevant experience; a Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience. Proficiency in Property Management databases. Strong computer and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. U.S. Citizenship is required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in purchasing or procurement within the Department of Defense. Familiarity with DCAA audits. Experience working with Costpoint. Pay Range $44,200.00 - $79,900.00 The Leidos pay range is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Various factors will influence the final offer, including job responsibilities, education, experience, and applicable laws.
