Our client, a leading organization in financial services, is seeking a Entry level Finance Associate-Cash Management to join their team. As a Entry level Finance Associate-Cash Management, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Treasury team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Support daily treasury operations and assist with bank reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial reporting and perform data entry tasks
Reconcile and journalize all cash collections on the general ledger
Conduct payment exception research and post related journal entries
Assist with internal and external audits by monitoring cash items and communicating effectively with teams
What's Needed?
Associate degree required; bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred
At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, banking, finance, or bookkeeping preferred
Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
