OBJECTIVE AND POSITION SUMMARY Ensure goal-oriented psychosocial diagnostic assessments, service plans and progress reports are completed for the clinical department. Ensure clinicians complete children's groups weekly on specific topics and issues. Ensure the clinical department meets all state and federal requirements. Meet all pre-determined deadlines required by chain of command and federal partners.
Communicate effectively in writing and verbally in English and Spanish.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE? You will lead the clinical department by ensuring high-quality psychosocial assessments, service plans, and progress reports are completed accurately and on time. You'll oversee weekly children's groups, supervise clinicians, and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations. Your leadership will ensure timely processing and reunification of unaccompanied minors, while supporting staff with routine consultation, clinical guidance, and emergency preparedness.

You exercise sound judgment, communicate effectively in English and Spanish, and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. You enjoy mentoring others and ensuring compliance while fostering a safe, supportive environment for children and staff.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education / Background: Master's degree in social work with 2+ years of postgraduate direct service experience,
or
Master's/Ph.D. in psychology, sociology, or a relevant behavioral science with 2+ years of postgraduate clinical experience,
or
Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of clinical employment in behavioral sciences. Supervisory experience required. Must be licensed to provide clinical services in the state of employment. Bilingual Spanish/English. Other Requirements:
At least 21 years of age. Authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to travel within the Continental U.S. (CONUS). Pass pre-employment drug test, motor vehicle record check, background check, and provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
