Position Summary:
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. You will also supervise installers, maintaining top-quality work and timely job completion.
Required Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record.
Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience.
EPA Certification is required.
Proficiency in HVAC functional design and ductwork system installation.
Strong knowledge of refrigerant systems, gas/electric furnaces, and heat pumps.
Exceptional safety awareness regarding tools, testing devices, and surroundings.
Sheet metal fabrication experience is a plus.
Ability to test and balance HVAC systems effectively.
Strong leadership and communication skills to guide team members and assist customers.
NATE Certification is a plus.
