Salary
Commensurate with experience

Core Responsibilities Of Our Aftermarket Specialist
Build and strengthen partnerships with dealers and distributors through regular face-to-face visits and proactive communication
Report findings, trends, and competitive insights to internal stakeholders in a timely and actionable manner
Support structured market research initiatives and contribute data-driven insights to guide product development and business strategies
Recommend product and process improvements based on dealer, distributor, or end-user feedback
Lead dealer and distributor education on Hydro-Gear’s products and value propositions to improve sell through
Provide training on Hydro-Gear’s processes (warranty submission, parts system, forecasting, ordering, etc.) to facilitate efficient communications and healthy relationships
Actively identify opportunities to enhance the Hydro-Gear customer experience
Collaborate cross-functionally if necessary to ensure long-term, systemic fixes for recurring issues
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Marketing, or related field
Two to three years of related experience in aftermarket sales, dealer engagement, or marketing preferred
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Domestic travel up to 25% (mostly scheduled by candidate)
Strong written and verbal skills for customer interaction
