Aftermarket Dealer Network Specialist

Palmer Johnson is looking for a motivated and outgoing Aftermarket Dealer Network Specialist to be the heartbeat of Palmer Johnson’s engine dealer network. In this remote role, you’ll serve as the central point of contact between Palmer Johnson and our authorized dealers.

About the Role As an Aftermarket Dealer Network Specialist, you’ll serve as the central point of coordination and communication for Palmer Johnson’s engine dealer network. This position ensures the ongoing success and operational readiness of authorized engine dealers by coordinating onboarding, providing system support, facilitating training advocacy, managing technical tool administration, and maintaining proactive communication across the network.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for all dealer questions and support needs.
Manage the entire dealer lifecycle – onboarding, agreements, renewals, and off‑boarding.
Oversee dealer program fees, renewals, and compliance tracking.
Coordinate system access, licenses, and diagnostic tool administration for authorized dealers.
Partner with OEM and technical support teams to resolve access or configuration issues quickly.
Distribute program updates, product bulletins, and technical communications to dealers.
Maintain accurate dealer data in Salesforce CRM and provide insights on network activity.
Collaborate across sales, service, support, and marketing teams to ensure every dealer feels connected and supported.
Qualifications
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in dealer, distributor, or OEM support – ideally within diesel engine, industrial equipment, or powertrain industries.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.
Technical aptitude and comfort supporting tools and system processes.
A proactive, customer‑first mindset and collaborative spirit.
