Financial Control Specialist Sales (Mopar Finance)

What Will You Do:
Development of Mopar US Sales and Gross Margin actuals, forecasts, budgets and long-range plans by portfolio
Performing and reporting sales volume, rate and mix variance analysis of part portfolios at a minor level
Tracking, monitoring and supporting achievement of operational gross margin targets via profit improvement initiatives
Actively tracking and maintaining a forecast of planned incentive actions as communicated by Sales Operations
Evaluating and reporting monthly performance with respect to Incentives, Discounts, and Promotional Programs
Monitoring Shell reimbursements for Marketing/Performance and VGC (volume growth commitment)
Monitoring Tire Program facilitation
Implementing, enhancing, and auditing Mopar IDR application.
Maintenance and management of elements of the GS&P Essbase cube
Administering Mopar Finance SharePoint Environment

Position in FP&A, Sales and Marketing Finance, Other Finance Consolidation positions
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting; or related
Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting experience
Hyperion Essbase and SAP/PSAP end-user experience
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Teams
Ability to coordinate and communicate cross-functionally with employees throughout the corporate hierarchy
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or MS in Finance or Accounting
At least one year in one or more of the following areas: budget and forecasting, model controller, comparative financialanalysis or product development finance
Knowledge of vehicle/part margins, forecasting, foreign exchange, and global finance a plus
Experience with Power BI, Qlik, and COGNOS
