This firm emphasizes an Exceptional Work-Life Balance with limited regular and busy season hours, no weekends, and Summer Fridays completely off. There is a strong focus on quality of life within its culture. Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversee business operations within a CPA firm or professional services environment. Lead cross-functional initiatives, improve workflows, and drive organizational efficiency. Collaborate with leadership to align strategy with organizational goals and client service delivery. Qualifications
Applicants Must Have Proven experience in strategic leadership and business operations, ideally within a CPA firm or professional services environment. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing structures, and business development strategy. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, improve workflows, and drive organizational efficiency. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills, with the ability to impact all levels of the firm. Proficiency with practice management and business systems typical to the accounting industry. High level of confidentiality, adaptability, and problem-solving skills when working closely with leadership. Preferred Qualifications Experience with talent development and recruitment processes, including succession planning and culture building. Familiarity with marketing and brand strategy, ensuring consistency across digital and client-facing platforms. Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and legal coordination in a professional services (preferably CPA) firm.
