Blue Note Los Angeles is the newest addition to the legendary Blue Note Entertainment Group family, bringing world‑class live music to the heart of Southern California. From jazz and soul to hip‑hop and global sounds, the venue will showcase iconic artists and rising stars in an intimate setting.

What You’ll Do

Execute and manage marketing campaigns across social, digital, email, and traditional media.

Coordinate with our outside social media agency and PR agency to ensure consistent brand messaging, content planning, and press outreach.

Advance marketing initiatives directly with artist representatives, agents, managers, and their PR or marketing teams to align on strategy, assets, and promotional plans.

Develop and maintain relationships with record labels and industry partners to create cross‑promotional opportunities and strengthen artist collaborations.

Oversee timelines, creative assets, and event promotions in collaboration with internal teams, artists, and partners.

Coordinate with the box office, booking, and operations teams to ensure seamless promotion and execution of all shows and events.

Write and edit engaging copy for social media, email newsletters, and event listings.

Track and report campaign performance, identifying opportunities to boost reach and ticket sales.

Support on‑site marketing activities including content capture, influencer engagement, and brand activations.

Build relationships with local partners, sponsors, and cultural organizations to enhance community presence.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in live entertainment, hospitality, or culture.

Proven ability to manage campaigns and coordinate with external agencies and artist teams.

Strong communication, copywriting, and organizational skills.

Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics.

Passion for music and culture, with a strong pulse on the Los Angeles scene.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and during live events when necessary.

This is an on‑site role based in Los Angeles — remote work is not available.

Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, with occasional nights/weekends as needed.

Compensation: $55,000 – $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
