Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Technician 2 will be responsible for preparing, producing, and packaging products in compliance with current manufacturing procedures and safety regulations. This role includes operating processing equipment, executing batch records, maintaining cleanliness and organization in manufacturing suites, and ensuring product quality through documentation and adherence to established standards. The technician will also support production operations and collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, safe, and efficient output.

Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate processing equipment such as Filter Integrity testers, Watson Marlow pumps, Autoclaves, and High Throughput Bag Line. Deliver products to the Warehouse using a motorized pallet jack. Perform production operations including hand filling, equipment preparation, aseptic gowning, and qualification. Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas after production operations. Coordinate waste disposal and complete all compliance documentation. Accurately complete and execute batch records in SAP according to quality guidelines. Maintain and update all applicable logbooks and production records. Follow all production procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards at all times. Use, clean, and properly store all personal protective equipment (PPE). Label all in-process containers and equipment accurately. Identify and resolve unsafe conditions in the work area. Participate in ongoing safety and quality training programs. Support the activities of Manufacturing Technician 1 and communicate production status to supervisors. Perform in-process assays and assist with technically challenging product setup, dispensing, and packaging. Required Skills:

Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards. Effective oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer and documentation skills (SAP experience preferred). Basic mechanical and troubleshooting ability. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of chemistry, mathematics, and science. Experience with safe chemical handling methods. Prior experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED (required).

Experience:

1+ years of manufacturing experience (preferred).
