Private Equity Associate
to join their Secondaries & Co-Investments team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting senior deal professionals across all phases of the investment process, including financial analysis, due diligence, and the preparation of investment materials.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain detailed financial models, including forecasting, valuation, and return analyses
Conduct industry and market research to support investment theses
Analyze company performance, product lines, customer and vendor relationships, and competitive dynamics
Monitor portfolio company performance and provide ongoing analytical support
Draft and review bid letters, term sheets, and other transaction-related documentation
Prepare and present materials for internal investment committee discussions
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in
Investment Banking
or
Private Equity , with a focus on
co-investments
or
secondaries
Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record in finance, accounting, economics, or business
Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication abilities
Proven expertise in financial statement analysis and corporate finance fundamentals
