Job Description
Manage all phases of Class A interior construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout. Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies. Lead project meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges, and solutions. Oversee procurement and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and deadlines. Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders. Strong background in managing Class A interior construction projects. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety standards.
