Role Overview
IPTA's Technology Solutions Team is passionate about providing our customers with technical solutions that satisfy their business needs. Through collaborative interactions with customers, team members, subject matter experts (SMEs), technical leaders, and partners we design practical solutions that solve real problems for major government and business organizations. As a member of our Technology Solutions group, you will work with a team of technologists focused on delivering innovative business solutions using emerging technologies through proven successful methods.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestone tracking
Coordinate communication among cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Monitor budget, resource allocation, risks, and issue resolution
Provide regular status updates, reports, and project documentation
Facilitate project closure with final reporting and evaluation
Originate, update, and execute a comprehensive Strategic Communications Plan
Conduct audits of current and previous outreach activities to identify effectiveness and gaps
Conduct stakeholder assessments to develop tailored key messages
Identify and utilize effective communication tools and tactics
Support the NNSY CIO/DCIO with targeted information distribution and expectation management
Develop briefs and content to educate the NNSY community on IT-related efforts and status
Assist in preparing Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and Strategic Plans as roadmaps for transformation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in an IT related field
Five (5) years of experience managing IT transformation projects
Minimum of two (2) years of experience referenced above shall be directly related to the areas of Network Operations (NetOps) C2 requirements, technology assessments, system design, systems analysis, programmatic support, quality assurance, acquisition planning, or budget planning
Active PMP certification or ITILv3 Intermediate certification required
Active Security clearance required
