We are looking for: Smart people with a passion for technology Ability to solve challenging business problems Self-directed professionals Hunger to continually learn and grow Note: This position is contingent upon contract award and the actual job description may vary based on contract requirements and organizational needs Responsibilities Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestone tracking Coordinate communication among cross-functional teams and stakeholders Monitor budget, resource allocation, risks, and issue resolution Provide regular status updates, reports, and project documentation Facilitate project closure with final reporting and evaluation Originate, update, and execute a comprehensive Strategic Communications Plan Conduct audits of current and previous outreach activities to identify effectiveness and gaps Conduct stakeholder assessments to develop tailored key messages Identify and utilize effective communication tools and tactics Support the NNSY CIO/DCIO with targeted information distribution and expectation management Develop briefs and content to educate the NNSY community on IT-related efforts and status Assist in preparing Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and Strategic Plans as roadmaps for transformation Requirements Bachelor's degree in an IT related field Five (5) years of experience managing IT transformation projects Minimum of two (2) years of experience related to Network Operations (NetOps) C2 requirements, technology assessments, system design, systems analysis, programmatic support, quality assurance, acquisition planning, or budget planning Active PMP certification or ITILv3 Intermediate certification required Active security clearance required IPTA is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
