The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team at AWS. In this role, you\'ll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You\'ll be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. You\'ll architect complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to meet each customer\'s needs and lead the implementation while ensuring adherence to best practices, performance optimization, and risk management. Key responsibilities

Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts Basic qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience architecting/operating solutions built on cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, etc.) 3+ years in security-related areas (application security frameworks, identity and access controls, incident response, cloud security, AI security, threat intelligence, or penetration testing) 1+ year automating security operations, including scripting and automation to build scalable and secure environments and implementing security policies as code 1+ year in advanced incident response, including leading detection/analysis efforts and managing remediation Preferred qualifications

Experience designing and building applications using AWS services (e.g., Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk, Kubernetes) Automation experience with devops scripting (e.g., Shell, Python, Ruby, PowerShell) Experience with compliance and security standards (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST) Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences AWS Professional certifications (Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional, Certified Security Specialty) preferred Experience implementing enterprise security solutions (e.g., WAF, IPS, Anti-DDoS, SIEM) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
