The AWS Professional Services (ProServe) team seeks a skilled Delivery Consultant to work with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet technical requirements and business objectives. You will drive customer success through the cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities
Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies Mentoring and sharing knowledge within the organization and creating reusable artifacts Basic Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or related field 3+ years of architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) 3+ years in security-related areas such as application security frameworks, identity and access controls, incident response, cloud security, AI security, threat intelligence, or penetration testing 1+ years automating security operations, including scripting and automation to build secure environments, security assessments, and remediation workflows 1+ years in advanced incident response, leading detection/analysis efforts and managing eradication processes Preferred Qualifications
Designing and building applications using AWS services (e.g., Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk, Kubernetes) Automation experience with devops scripting (e.g., shell, Python, Ruby, PowerShell) Experience with compliance and security standards (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST) Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences AWS Professional certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional, Certified Security Specialty) preferred Experience with enterprise security solutions (e.g., WAF, IPS, Anti-DDoS, SIEM) About AWS
