Summary:

Under the supervision of the Extended Care Services Director and the Cash & Medical Assistance Director, the SAS & RCA Coordination Specialist ensures seamless service delivery for clients enrolled in both Social Adjustment Services and Refugee Cash Assistance. This position coordinates services across both programs, ensuring eligible clients are enrolled in RCA, supported in navigating social services, and provided with holistic case management that promotes stability, well-being, and self-sufficiency. The Specialist also plays a key role in educating clients and case managers about available resources, strengthening program integration, and ensuring services are delivered in a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and client-centered manner.

Position Responsibilities:

• Adherence to the Code of Conduct and the Faith and Moral is mandatory.

• Must be sensitive to the service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.

• Adhering to safety training and protocols on a daily basis, and taking precautionary measure to ensure the safety and well-being of self, others.

• Must complete all required professional development trainings in a timely manner

• Responsible for protecting the confidentiality of any information or material obtained in the service with the organization to include but not limited to client names and information, services rendered to clients, donors names and gifts, internal and external investigations or results of any investigations, and financial information.

Other duties as assigned by the Program Director and Manager.

* Service Coordination

- Collaborate with clients and staff across refugee programs to coordinate service plans and address client needs related to RCA eligibility, enrollment, and supportive services.

Case

Management

- Provide direct case management, assisting clients with RCA applications, renewals, and access to social services that promote stability and long-term self-sufficiency.



* Documentation & Data Management

- Maintain accurate and timely client records, including intakes, applications, and service plans; input and retrieve data using external refugee databases and internal tracking systems.

- Report regularly on client progress, activities, and concerns to program directors and managers; contribute to staff meetings and collaborative planning.

- Guide clients in understanding their benefits, responsibilities, and available services; ensure clients are informed and able to make decisions toward achieving their goals.

- Work closely with case managers, community partners, and agencies to provide information, training, and resource connections that enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Minimum

Qualifications:

• Education

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field preferred; OR 2-4 years of equivalent social service experience. • License and Credentials

Reliable transportation Valid driver license Valid vehicle insurance Must be at least 21 years of age Must have a clean driving record Minimum Knowledge and Skills:

Proficiency in client documentation, case management, and recordkeeping. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and database systems. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
