Answerincomingcustomerservicecallsandemailsregardingcustomeraccounts,orderplacement,claims,etc. Performdataentryrelatingtoordersandcustomeraccountmaintenance. Followupcustomerordersasassignedandundertheguidelinesofinternaloperations. Processandresolveclaims,orderissuesand/orshippingissues. Performotherdutiesasassignedbydepartmentmanagers. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Education: College degree preferred or a minimum of 1 year of customer service account management experience. Experience: Working knowledge of customer service, order process and claims. Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and e-mail. Strongproficiency,speedandaccuracywith10key. Abilitytocommunicateclearlybothverbalandwritten. AbilitytoattendTradeShows.
