Responsibilities
Join a team of experienced providers; must be board certified or board eligible
Outpatient; 4 weeks of PTO and 8 sick days
Work with 4 other pulmonary/critical care physicians
Shared call rotation; academic affiliation
Strong built-in referral base; possible relocation assistance
Located on the southeastern end of Long Island in New York
Great for new or experienced providers; fellowship required
