Logistics 3PL Coordinator
to join our team.
Position Summary
The Logistics 3PL Coordinator is responsible for overseeing outbound shipments, coordinating with 3PL partners, and ensuring the accurate and timely movement of goods. This role will manage documentation, scheduling, and reporting for TVs, appliances, and grills while supporting inventory accuracy and cost-effective logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Audit and process shipping documents, including packing lists, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and shipping labels. Coordinate with 3PL warehouses and carriers for ocean container delivery and empty container return. Track and manage shipments remotely while maintaining strong relationships with 3PL partners. Process orders for home appliances and grill products, including e-commerce orders and ASN reporting. Input, update, and analyze inbound and outbound data in ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite experience preferred). Provide logistics reports, forecasts, and analyses to management as needed. Negotiate freight quotes and schedule pickups to ensure cost-effective, timely deliveries. Communicate proactively with the sales team and internal departments regarding order status. Support periodic inventory counts and reconciliation activities. Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required. 1–3 years of logistics experience is required. Proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred. Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and freight processes. Experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite a plus). Detail-oriented with highly effective communication skills. Strong planning, organizational, and follow-up skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to commute/relocate to Winnsboro, SC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required).
