Pricing and Revenue Management Finance Manager Join 3M as a Pricing and Revenue Management Finance Manager, working with Power BI, Excel, and industry data to drive pricing strategies and revenue growth across the Consumer Business Group.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

Lead pricing and revenue growth management strategies for the Consumer Business Group (CBG).

Deliver value to the P&L by optimizing marketplace pricing and improving ROI on promotional spending (Trade, Market Development Funds, etc.).

Serve as a critical partner to CBG leadership (President, CFO, Sales Leaders) in building, refining, and executing commercial plans that maximize growth and profitability.

Develop financial budgets, forecast management, and annual planning for market development funds and sales discounts to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Skills And Expertise Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).

Three (3) years of retail or consumer package goods industry experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.

Three (3) years of financial, competitive business or pricing analytics experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed:

Master’s degree in business administration, finance, or economics from an accredited institution.

Five (5) or more years of retail or consumer package goods industry experience.

Five (5) or more years of financial, competitive business or pricing analytics experience.

Direct revenue‑management leadership experience in a retail or packaged goods environment.

Experience using Power BI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and syndicated retail data sources (Nielsen, IRI, etc.).

Work Location This role follows an on‑site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.

Travel & Relocation May include up to 10% domestic or international travel and may be authorized to relocate.

Legal Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Compensation Expected compensation range for this position is $164,612 – $201,193, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
