During peak enrollment seasons, extended hours and some weekends may be available, allowing you to support our team when demand is high. YOUR DAY As our Health Insurance Policy Verification Analyst, you'll be the final checkpoint before applications are submitted. Your day will involve reviewing applications for accuracy, listening to live and recorded calls to ensure compliance, and working closely with agents to correct any issues in real time. You'll help ensure every policy we submit is clean, compliant, and ready to go, making you a key player in our success. Requirements Exceptional attention to detail Strong communication skills for real-time collaboration Highly organized with the ability to multitask Team-oriented and coachable Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Experience in compliance, insurance processing, customer service, or admin roles is preferred for this position. Salary: $17 - $23 per hour
