Oppizi is the first tech-driven multichannel offline marketing solution. We partner with flagship accounts like UberEats, DoorDash, TikTok, Deliveroo, and more across +10 countries including the US, Canada, UK, France, Australia, and New Zealand. We enable precise tracking, scaling, and optimization of Direct Mail & EDDM (US) and Parcel Inserts (flyer inserts into packages). We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Business Development Representative (BDR) to create new qualified leads for the US & Canada team. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients, marketers, growth teams, and brand managers interested in amplifying their reach through offline tactics. Your main goal is to identify and qualify sales opportunities to fill the funnel for Account Executives/General Managers. Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting: Target marketing and growth professionals using LinkedIn and email; build outbound sequences aligned with offline performance marketing use cases. Inbound Qualification: Respond to demo requests, webinar sign-ups, and content downloads; help prospective customers understand the value of offline marketing with Oppizi. Lead Development: Conduct qualification calls to assess campaign needs (flyering, door-to-door, brand activation) and surface qualified opportunities. CRM Management: Keep lead details current in the CRM; track outreach, cadence, and next steps. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing to refine outreach messaging and with Operations to understand distribution and campaign logistics. Pipeline Handoff: Transition qualified leads to Account Executives with clear call summaries and key insight documents. Must-have Requirements
2-4 years of experience as a Business Development Representative. Comfortable with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone). Analytical mindset; ability to qualify leads based on campaign type, ZIP codes, flyer vs. mail volume, and target metrics. Highly organized and CRM-proficient (HubSpot). Eager to learn about offline marketing logistics, flyers, mail routes, and activation teams. Motivated to hit outreach, meeting, and pipeline goals. Nice to have Requirements
Entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset. Adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication. Experience managing contractors or employees on multiple projects. Experience in event & project management is highly regarded. Salary range: USD 100k-150k annually plus commissions and performance bonus; potential for career growth.
