Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA - Seasonal Remote
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek and deliver accurate answers using everyday language.
Use video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Work 20+ hours per week, virtual, customer-facing role.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills and professionalism in video/audio interactions.
Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities.
What You Need
Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week over at least 3 days.
Compensation
Base pay ranges by location: Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50, Southern California $28.80 - $36.50, Colorado $27.50 - $34.80, Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50, Illinois $27.50 - $34.80, Maryland $27.50 - $34.80, Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50, Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30, New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50, New York $28.80 - $36.50, Ohio $24.80 - $30.30, Vermont $27.50 - $34.80, Washington $28.80 - $36.50, Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50.
Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.
