Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and maintain accurate financial records for clinical trials and research studies
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Monitor expenses, reconcile accounts, and ensure data accuracy in financial systems
Coordinate with research and operations teams to ensure regulatory and financial compliance
Schedule meetings, handle internal communications, and provide general administrative support
Organize files, reports, and documentation to maintain audit‑ready records
Qualifications:
1+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative experience (preferably in clinical research or healthcare)
Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software and Excel or Google Sheets
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments
Compensation & Schedule
Earnings:
$48K–$52K annually (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (additional on‑call hours as needed)
