Position Overview
We’re seeking a
creative and analytical Social Media Manager
to lead the digital voice of the brand across our family of brands. This role is responsible for building community engagement, enhancing brand presence, and driving growth across social platforms through innovative storytelling and data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies for the Corp brands
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Partner closely with creative, marketing, PR, and product teams to align messaging and campaigns with brand objectives
Lead social content ideation — from visual direction to copywriting — ensuring consistency in tone, design, and brand identity
Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion
Stay on top of emerging trends, tools, and algorithms to keep the Corp’s brands ahead of the curve
Collaborate with external agencies, influencers, and brand ambassadors to amplify key campaigns
Manage social media calendars, budgets, and paid media support in collaboration with the marketing team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
3–5+ years of social media management experience, ideally across multiple brands or a lifestyle portfolio
Proven ability to balance creativity with data analysis, using insights to shape strategy
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and visual sense
Experience using social analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Passion for fitness, lifestyle, and performance brands a plus
Salary $70,000-$90,000
