Job Description Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting a

Product Manager, Professional Medical Education Marketing, Bladder Cancer

located in Horsham, PA. The Product Manager will develop and execute bladder cancer market professional medical education strategy and continued elevation of Janssen Biotech Inc., of the Johnson & Johnson companies in bladder cancer disease area for TAR-200. In this role, you will generate insights, shape, and implement professional medical education initiatives, and execute these initiatives across internal functions, brand functions, agencies, and other vendors.

Responsibilities

Leads development of comprehensive educational marketing plans, contributing to educational strategy, positioning initiatives, and messaging to achieve business goals via creation and execution of professional medical education strategy.

Ensures professional education strategies, marketing assets and tactical plans are developed and performed in close partnership with US and global marketing teams, Sales, Medical Affairs, and key internal partners.

Leads advisory boards, conducts analytics, and collaborates in market research to generate insights for marketing initiatives in partnership with the insights and analytics team to inform marketing medical strategy.

Responsible for extensive operations work; for example, contracting, managing multiple agencies, third‑party vendors, and working cross‑functionally. Requires project management with diverse and multiple moving parts, deliverables to tight deadlines, staying within budgeting scope, and delivering output with multiple parallel work streams.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree in a related field is helpful.

Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership, or commercial insight strategy, and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program.

Experience with project management.

Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge.

Ability to travel up to 25%, which may include overnight and weekend travel.

Preferred

Experience with product launch.
