Johnson & Johnson is a global healthcare company dedicated to delivering breakthrough medical solutions. This position supports oncology and bladder cancer therapeutics within our professional medical education (PME) team.
Job Description The Product Manager will develop and execute bladder cancer PME strategy, supporting the promotion of Janssen Biotech Inc. products in the TAR‑200 disease area. Responsibilities include generating insights, shaping initiatives, and overseeing execution across multiple internal functions, brand teams, agencies, and third‑party vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of comprehensive educational marketing plans, contributing to strategy, positioning initiatives, and messaging to achieve business goals.
Ensure PME strategies, marketing assets, and tactical plans are developed and performed in close partnership with US and global marketing teams, Sales, Medical Affairs, and key internal partners.
Conduct advisory board activities, analytics, and market research to generate insights for marketing initiatives in partnership with the insights and analytics team.
Manage operations work, including contracting and managing multiple agencies and third‑party vendors; coordinate cross‑functional workstreams, meet tight deadlines, and stay within budget.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree in a related field is desirable.
At least 5 years of professional experience, with 2+ years in marketing, sales, learning & development, healthcare, or commercial insight strategy; prior experience in a leadership development program is a plus.
Experience with project management, including managing multiple moving parts and vendors.
Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry knowledge.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including overnight and weekend travel.
Preferred
Experience with product launch activities.
