Coordinator, Warehouse
provides day-to-day supervision and hands-on support in warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate receiving, picking, packing, and returns processing in a fast-paced distribution center. The role requires collaboration with Inventory, Receiving, Shipping, Customer Service, and Management teams, adherence to GMP/FD&C guidelines, and flexibility to travel to other network facilities as needed. Responsibilities
Assist Inventory Supervisor with daily inventory tasks: discrepancy reconciliation, inquiries, PODs, restock/no restock justification, and related activities. Operate forklift or other equipment in the distribution center; complete daily vehicle inspection reports; ensure proper charging of vehicles; perform routine preventative maintenance as required. Manage the daily pick wave; sort orders and deliver to the Shipping Supervisor; recognize issues during sorting and escalate appropriately to avoid negative impacts to the pick floor. Assist Receiving Supervisor with receiving inbounds into Oracle; troubleshoot and resolve receipt issues. Check and manage facility training obligations to remain in compliance. Train all new Specialists and perform performance spot checks within the first 90 days. Serve as SME for returns/restocks; be available and ready for audits/inspections. Maintain professional communications with customers, Customer Service, and Management while processing and reviewing returns. Enter productivity data weekly; assist with replenishments to maintain picking productivity. Review vendor invoices for payment; track facility licensing monthly to ensure licenses are valid and renewed with Distribution Admin. Flex hours to assist with cycle counts as needed; adhere to good manufacturing practices, food and drug guidelines, and Drug Enforcement Laws. Work in teams as designated (e.g., Safety, 5S, Lean) and travel to other network facilities in emergency situations if required. Process waste manifests and interact with Inventory Manager professionally; work independently and proactively; communicate key issues regarding returns processing. Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
Ability to perform basic math calculations. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment. Current forklift certification is required; stand-up forklift preferred. Motorized (electric) pallet jack certification is a plus; strong Oracle knowledge required. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred. Education And Experience
High School diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum 3-5 years warehousing experience (can include customer service or customer-facing roles). Oracle experience preferred. Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age. Travel Requirements
Typically requires travel less than 10% of the time. Physical Requirements And Work Environment
Regularly required to talk or hear; must be able to work safely around heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. About Us
