Bilingual (German/English) Business Development and Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a full‑time Bilingual (German/English) Business Development and Marketing Specialist to support the Firm’s business development efforts from our Chicago, IL office. This role works with both U.S. and European markets by supporting lead generation, coordinating with regional partners, and contributing to outreach and marketing initiatives to help grow the client base and our Firm’s brand. Fluent German communication skills are required.
Responsibilities
Support with LinkedIn Sales Navigator activities, including lead research, outreach preparation, and data organization.
Identify and qualify high‑value inbound leads.
Coordinate with German and European Partners to monitor leads.
Contribute to business development initiatives to expand our German/European client base.
Work with our CRM system and ensure continuous maintenance of leads, contacts, and activities.
Monitor Google Alerts and industry news to identify relevant business development opportunities.
Analyze markets, target groups, and competitors to derive insights for business development strategies.
Support the creation, scheduling, and optimization of LinkedIn organic and paid posts (text, image, and video content).
Track performance metrics of LinkedIn campaigns and prepare summary reports.
Maintain cooperative relationships with other teams.
Other business development and marketing support as needed.
Required Qualifications
Fluent German writing and communication skills.
1‑5 years of professional experience in sales/business development.
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Understanding of CRM systems and data management best practices.
Dedication to teamwork and integrity within a professional environment.
Open‑minded and interested in activities such as networking or presenting.
Strong writing and editing skills for social media and client‑facing materials.
Confident in working with analytics tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Sales.
SUGAR CRM or Microsoft Dynamics experience.
Adobe Creative Cloud experience.
MS Office knowledge.

Pay Range Base Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000/yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
