Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Grand Rapids, MI, for an Account Executive at Unishippers. The Account Executive will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, and providing logistics solutions. Daily tasks include prospecting, sales presentations, account management, and delivering excellent customer service. The Account Executive will work closely with clients to understand their shipping needs and offer tailored solutions to maximize efficiency and cost savings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service roles
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of logistics and shipping processes is beneficial
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus
