Senior Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to continued growth and success as you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts including real estate homeowners associations (HOAs), manufacturing, and construction. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in commercial lines account management, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
Compensation Package
Salary : $95000 annually
401(k) : Employer match available
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of commercial accounts including renewals, marketing, servicing, claims, and policy administration from A‑Z
Quote new and renewal business as required
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service and support
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate record‑keeping
Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses / Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines account management
Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software is a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Team‑oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
