As our E-Commerce Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the digital success of Gingham & Heels. You’ll be responsible for optimising the website, managing weekly product launches, enhancing the user experience, and implementing digital strategies to maximize online sales. This role requires a data-driven mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, and the ability to lead initiatives that enhance customer engagement and conversion rates. What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee the daily management and optimisation of the Gingham & Heels websites AU and USA to drive sales and improve customer experience. Ensure both storefronts align with G&H’s strategic objectives. Create and manage engaging, high-quality blog content that aligns with G&H’s brand voice, marketing goals and SEO objectives. Execute and analyse e-commerce strategies to enhance key metrics – conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention. Manage product launches, ensuring accurate listings, compelling descriptions, and seamless merchandising across all categories. Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with developers to implement improvements. Optimise site navigation, UX, and functionality to create an intuitive and engaging shopping experience. Develop and implement on-site marketing strategies, including homepage updates, promotions, and personalised recommendations. Utilise data and analytics to track website performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with digital marketing colleagues on paid and organic traffic strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and social media campaigns. Stay up to date with e-commerce trends and industry best practices to ensure G&H remains at the forefront of online retail. Enhance and amplify G&H’s brand marketing efforts on the website through cohesive and impactful messaging. Lead and mentor a small team of off-shore e-commerce assistants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. What You’ll Need to Bring
Minimum
5 years of experience
in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry. Strong understanding of
Shopify Plus , Google Analytics, and digital marketing integrations. Experience in
UX/UI design principles
and A/B testing for website optimisation. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and act on key performance metrics. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring product listings, content, and site visuals align with brand standards. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. A passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends, ensuring the website remains fresh and engaging.
