As the Senior Manager, Merch Operations - US & Canada, you will lead key Go-to-Market (GTM) and merchandising operations activities to deliver strategic brand intent, elevate executional excellence, and drive business impact. Reporting into the Director, Merchandising Operations - US & Canada, you will manage seasonal merchandising workflows, support Sales Launch preparation and systemic setup, and champion the use of assortment and reporting tools across the region. You will also be a key connector between territory teams and Global functions, ensuring alignment and efficiency across key business processes.

About the Job Lead and manage seasonal GTM calendar activities from Brief through Investment Review and in-season management, partnering with Global and US/Canada teams to ensure execution and continuous process improvement Own Sales Launch preparation, including process setup, milestone alignment, systemic requirements (e.g., PLM updates), and cross-functional coordination Champion assortment management tools such as Assortify and support implementation, training, and best practices across the Merch and Brand teams Drive adoption and evolution of reporting tools, acting as a key partner in refining outputs for performance reviews (e.g., MBRs, QBRs, Seasonal Recaps) and ensuring alignment with regional storytelling needs Be a point person for assortment planning process, building focused seasonal assortments that align with Brand SBP, regional needs, and key product initiatives Partner with Consumer Insights, Merchandising, PPA, and Marketing to ensure a consumer-first approach to product and assortment decisions Provide feedback to Global Ops to influence GTM timeline and processes for line development, tool enhancements, and operational processes Oversee Line Plan and PLM management, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and reduced error rates throughout the seasonal cycle Collaborate on implementation of new GTM tools to support simplification and efficiency, including 4-cycle GTM readiness and attribute rationalization initiatives Special Projects: Lead special projects as assigned (up to 10% of time) People Management: Directly manage the Manager, Reporting & Data for US/Canada About You

Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, or a related field Minimum 7 years in merchandising, buying, planning, product development, or project/merch operations Experience managing cross-functional calendars and operations Familiarity with GTM systems, PLM, and sales launch cycles Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Assortment tools (e.g., Assortify), and reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Strong project management skills Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence partners You can distill complex processes into clear action plans Global mindset with strong cultural and team sensitivity

This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $132,900 - $177,200 per year We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
