About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and ensure the organization's fiscal integrity, sustainability, and growth. The CFO will be a key member of the Executive Team, overseeing all financial management aspects, including budgeting, reporting, compliance, cash flow, and risk management. This role requires a strong leader with a minimum of 10 years' progressive financial management experience, at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, and a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA is preferred, and experience in nonprofit or healthcare financial management is strongly valued. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and mentoring the finance team, managing organizational cash flows and restricted funds, and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies. The CFO will also play a critical role in strategic leadership, governance, and decision-making, and must have demonstrated expertise in compliance, cash flow management, risk management, and board governance. Strong communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement skills are essential, as is the ability to foster transparency, and collaboration, and to advance the organization's mission. The CFO will be expected to model integrity, sound judgment, and ethical leadership, and to stay current on best practices and emerging trends in nonprofit finance.
