The Store Planning Coordinator supports the Global Store Planning Director and project teams on all aspects of store design, construction, maintenance and office-related projects. This role focuses on project administration, vendor coordination, schedule tracking, and ensuring timely communication across stakeholders. Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $73,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Project Administration: Maintain project schedules, documentation, and reports for global store openings and office design projects. Source and organize physical samples for material approval meetings; track and return unused samples to appropriate vendors. Track budgets, invoices, and purchase orders to support financial oversight. Vendor Coordination: Regularly visit US galleries to ensure maintenance needs are met quickly and consistently. Liaise with contractors, architects, and suppliers to gather information and ensure deadlines are met. Support sourcing and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and materials. Communication & Support: Assist the Store Planning Director with presentations, meeting notes, and project updates. Provide administrative support across cross-functional teams. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in project management, design, architecture, or related field preferred. 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in retail, design, or construction. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), project management tools, and Google Suite. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Benefits
