Role Overview We are seeking a
Production Coordinator
to support the Production Management team in planning, tracking, and material preparation for both
Domestic and Import
production orders. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth production flow, accurate documentation, and on-time delivery across our supply chain.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands‑on role with real responsibility and visibility, offering strong exposure to the full apparel production lifecycle—from development through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and track Domestic and Import production orders from development through delivery along with site management
Maintain and update weekly WIP production reports across all production channels
Communicate daily with cross‑functional teams to ensure production timelines and delivery targets are met
Sample & Development Management
Track and manage development samples including lab dips, handlooms, trims, wash tests, proto samples, and approvals
Maintain and organize all production and development documentation
Coordinate with domestic and international vendors to monitor production timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements
Support implementation of SOP updates, chargebacks, and adherence to legal and retail requirements (routing, packing, labeling)
Logistics & Documentation
Coordinate sending and receiving of materials, samples, and reference samples
Review packing lists and production outputs for accuracy and completeness
Manage production follow‑ups and order status updates as needed
Occasionally assist with light physical tasks, including lifting and moving boxes of labels, trims, or materials for packing or vendor pickups, with reasonable accommodation as required by law
Production Execution Support
Create and update cut tickets, material POs, and production documentation required by Product Development, Sourcing, and Production teams
Who You Are
Highly organized and detail‑driven, with strong follow‑through
Comfortable juggling multiple production timelines and priorities
Proactive, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented
A clear communicator who works well across teams and vendors
Curious and eager to learn the full apparel production process
Thrive in a fast‑paced, hands‑on manufacturing environment
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in apparel production or a related field
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes is a plus
Experience in domestic production is a plus, but not required
Knowledge of Korean, Chinese, and/or Spanish is a plus, but not required
