Our client is looking for someone to join their team and oversee and maintain their computer hardware and software system in Windows and Mac as well as providing mobile support such as; Cell phones, MIFI provisioning, MDM client side

Skills and Requirements
2+ years with Technical Support background
Windows and Mac experience, supporting in a corporate environment and mobile support (Cell phones, MIFI provisioning, MDM client side)
Understanding of Mission critical urgency to addressing tickets\requests
Needs to be someone that can take initiative, has sense of urgency and will be reliable, able to communicate/assist with executives -- PROBABLY MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT
Comfortable working overnight shift
