YMCA of Greater Richmond . The Swift Creek Family YMCA is seeking part‑time swim instructor assistants to assist the swim instructors in planning and implementing swim lessons. This part‑time position starts at $12.50 per hour and requires open availability for a variety of shift schedules. Duties
Assist swimming instructors in planning and delivering swim lessons to children and adults. Help manage lesson schedules, equipment, and swimming pools. Support students during lessons, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and energetic personality. Open availability for a variety of shifts across different age groups. Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications are desired but not required. Preferred certifications: YMCA, American Red Cross Lifeguard, Ellis, or YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor or WSI certifications. Who We Are
