What You’ll Do
Engage every customer like a professional—from first contact to final delivery
Drive volume across new, used, and certified pre-owned units
Master the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram product line as well as competitive models
Follow up quickly and persistently through our CRM, phone, text, and email
Collaborate with Sales Managers and F&I to maintain a fast, structured delivery process
Hit monthly unit, gross, and product benchmarks to unlock bonus levels and spiff opportunities
Stay competitive in contests and rankings—because we keep score, and winners get rewarded
You’re a Great Fit If You Are
Outgoing, energetic, and goal-driven
Experienced in dealership sales (CDJR experience is a plus)
Comfortable with structure, accountability, and daily performance tracking
Confident in closing and customer communication
Tech-savvy and responsive with CRM tools and digital retail platforms
Motivated by competition, volume, and personal earning potential
Ready to grow in a fast-paced, professional, and positive environment

$60,000–$120,000+ annual earning potential (uncapped)
