What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive solution adoption and expand the install base of the RetinaVue product among large physician groups and IDNs
Lead best practice workflows and influence customers to effectively deploy the RetinaVue Care Delivery Model
Proactively engage strategic accounts and support the onboarding of new customers
Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales partners and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Cover the designated territory, maintaining access to a major airport for regional travel
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree required
Ophthalmology or clinical background required
Minimum of 3 years of customer‑facing experience in a sales and/or sales support capacity
Minimum of 3 years of life sciences experience with clinical experience preferred
Technical proficiency with software programs and remote meeting platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience engaging with physicians/clinicians and articulating the value of healthcare solutions
Self‑starter with a customer‑focused and intrinsically motivated approach
