Are you an Otolaryngologist (ENT) seeking a collaborative, patient‑centered practice with strong clinical support and a built‑in referral network? We invite experienced ENTs and recent residency graduates to explore this exceptional opportunity in the Twin Cities metro area.
Principal Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care to patients with diseases, deformities, or disorders of the head and neck, ears, nose, throat, respiratory, and upper alimentary systems—including disorders of hearing and voice.
Deliver care in an ambulatory clinic, as well as inpatient settings, performing surgery at an outpatient surgery center and in hospitals as needed.
Participate in hospital call rotation with ENT partners.
Job Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) or foreign equivalent from an accredited medical institution.
Completion of an ACGME or AOA‑accredited residency in Otolaryngology.
Licensed Physician – MN Board of Medical Practice required upon hire.
ACLS/BLS Tier 3 – Multisource required within 180 days.
Physical Demands Medium work: lifting up to 32 lbs occasionally; up to 25 lbs frequently, in line with Allina's Safe Patient‑Moving Policy.
